Although many scouts of clubs work worldwide, many talents remain undiscovered. Still, nobody can recognize talent as early as coaches, assistants, friends or teammates. We would like to use that knowledge to increase the efficiency of our scouting. If one of the talents you recommend is considered for a professional career you will receive a share of the transfer fee.
